What You Can List on OWNZAA

You can post property for sale or for rent in cities and towns across Tamil Nadu and South India. The most common property types are:

  • Homes: independent houses, villas, apartments and flats (1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK and more).
  • Plots and land: residential plots, farm land, agricultural land, and commercial or industrial land.
  • Commercial property: shops, showrooms, office space, warehouses and industrial property.
  • Rooms: PG and co-living rooms.

How to Create a Property Listing in 5 Steps

  1. Create your free account. Register with your name, email, mobile number and city, and choose who you are from the list: property owner, broker or agent, or builder.
  2. Tap “Post Property”. You will find it at the top of every page, and in the bottom bar on your phone.
  3. Answer a few quick questions. Choose who you are, the property type, and whether you want to sell or rent it out. Then tap simple answers for the details that matter for that property: bedrooms and floor for a flat, plot size, approval and road width for a plot, water source for farm land, and so on. You type only the size and the price.
  4. Add the location and photos. Enter the city and area, check the pin on the map (drag it to the exact spot) and add one main photo and up to five more.
  5. Publish. We write the title and description from your answers; edit them if you like, check your contact number and tap Publish. Your property listing goes live right away and shows up in search results and on your city page.

Who Can Post Property on OWNZAA

  • Owners: sell or rent out your own house, flat or land and talk to buyers and tenants yourself.
  • Brokers and agents: show all your listings from one account and get direct enquiries.
  • Builders: present your projects and new homes to serious buyers.

Please list only property that you own or have the right to sell or rent out.

Tips to Get More Enquiries

  • Take photos in daylight. Include the front view, the street, the hall, the kitchen and every bedroom.
  • Write a clear title, for example “2 BHK Independent House for Rent near New Bus Stand”.
  • In the description, mention water source, EB connection, road width, parking and nearby schools or bus stops.
  • Pin the exact location on the map, so people can judge the distance to their office or school.
  • Answer calls and WhatsApp messages quickly. The first owner to reply often gets the deal.
  • Update the price if needed, and mark the property as sold or rented once the deal is done.
