Open any property and use the “Schedule Visit” option after sharing your contact details. Your request reaches the owner, who confirms a convenient date and time with you directly.

No. OWNZAA never charges brokerage or commission on a deal. We connect you directly with owners, brokers and builders — what you agree with them is entirely between you.

Look for the Verified badge, complete photos and details, and an owner who responds. If anything feels off, use the “Report” option on the listing and our team will review it.

Tap “Post Property” and answer a few simple questions: who you are, the property type, a few details, the price, the location on the map and photos. Your listing goes live as soon as you publish it.

Yes. Posting your property on OWNZAA is free, and OWNZAA takes no commission on your sale or rent.

Every enquiry appears in your dashboard as a trackable lead with the buyer’s name, mobile and city, so you can call or WhatsApp them back instantly. You can also enable email, WhatsApp and SMS alerts.

Submit a government ID and ownership proof from your dashboard under Verification. Once our team approves it, your listings display a Verified badge and rank higher in search.

Absolutely. Owners, brokers and builders are all welcome. Builders can showcase projects, and brokers can manage multiple listings and leads from one dashboard.

Click Sign In / Register and sign up with your mobile number or email. You can start searching immediately and post your first property for free.

We collect only what is needed to connect buyers with owners, share it only with the relevant listing owner, and never sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Use the “Report” option on any listing, or contact us through the Contact page. Our team reviews every report and removes listings that violate our policies.

Open the Delete Account page and send the form, or email support@ownzaa.com from your registered email. We delete your account within 30 days, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
