Delete Your OWNZAA Account
Please read this carefully. It explains your rights and responsibilities when you use OWNZAA.
Use this page to ask OWNZAA to delete your account and the personal data linked to it. It works for accounts created on the ownzaa.com website and in the OWNZAA Android app — they are the same account.
How to Delete Your OWNZAA Account
- Fill in the form below with the mobile number or email address you registered with.
- We may contact you on that number or email to confirm it is really you. This protects your account from false requests.
- We delete your account within 30 days and email you once it is done.
Prefer email? Write to support@ownzaa.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my OWNZAA account”.
What We Delete
- Your profile: name, mobile number, email, city, role and password.
- All your property listings and their photos.
- Your saved properties and search preferences.
- Enquiries linked to your account.
- Any verification documents you submitted.
What We Keep, and for How Long
- Payment and invoice records for listing plans you bought, for the period required by Indian tax and accounting laws.
- Limited records needed to prevent fraud or settle a legal claim, only until the matter is closed.
- Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you.
If you already sent an enquiry to a listing owner, the details you shared (name, mobile, city) may remain with that person.
Delete Only Some Data
You can remove a single listing yourself from your dashboard at any time. To delete other specific data — for example an old enquiry — choose “Only some of my data” in the form above and tell us what to remove.
